I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being beautiful and spacious with comfy beds, were not well designed for those who may struggle with multiple levels. The service was top-notch, giving me a family-like vibe and the location was wonderful, just a bit far from the city center. The facilities were excellent, meeting my expectations for a satisfying stay.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the multiple levels may not be well-designed for all guests. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, even translating languages during a hospital visit. The dining experience was outstanding, with daily specials prepared fresh by the chef in the open kitchen dining space. The facilities are top-notch with various services available, including dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms, though they have a strong old cave smell. Unfortunately, there are no closets or hooks for your belongings. Surprisingly, the bed and shower exceeded our expectations, providing a great experience overall.
